By accessing or using the Leetcat website at https://leetcat.vercel.app (the "Site"), you (the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").     Leetcat offers a subscription service that provides additional features and benefits beyond the free tier. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee, as specified on the Site. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

    • Free Plan: You can access limited features and track a limited number of problems.
    • Premium Plan: Full access to all features, including advanced tracking, analytics, and more.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but please note that we do not offer refunds for unused portions of the service.

  4. User Responsibilities
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
    • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the Site.
    • Not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
    • Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including the contents of LeetCode and any third-party resources.
  5. Subscription Billing and Renewals

    When you subscribe to a paid plan, you will provide us with accurate payment information, and you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to renewal.

  6. License to Use the Service

    Leetcat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site or the Service for any unauthorized purposes.

  8. User-Generated Content

    Leetcat allows users to track and manage their LeetCode problems. You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit (such as LeetCode problem solutions or other data) to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Leetcat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

  9. Prohibited Conduct

    • Transmit any harmful or malicious software, such as viruses, malware, or spyware.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leetcat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, USA or through any other dispute resolution method we choose.
